What should I know about rush deliveries?

We don't deliver on weekends/holidays. So rush projects due then will be delivered the next business day. Rush casting involving new actors can involve unpredictable delays as we allow time for actors to submit to casting calls, clients to review and select talent, and chosen actors to respond and confirm. So we can't 100% guarantee rush timeframes for these, but will move as quickly as possible!
