To maintain and preserve the quality of our service, we offer free editing revisions to your video within 7 days of the date of delivery. This does not include re-filming unless we missed something. We provide this to ensure your ultimate satisfaction. The goal is to reduce or eliminate the need for major revisions through full transparency and communication of each project. Include as much information as possible in each video revision request to keep your revisions to a minimum due to the lengthy process of revisions. Understand that every additional round of revisions will extend the deadline of your project.
