What are some common terms used in the above Terms of Service and FAQ?
- These Terms of Service (“*Terms*,” including our “What information does Envy Creative collect from me online and how does Envy use it?” Policy) define the terms and conditions under which you are allowed to use our services and how we will treat your title as a Client.
- The term “*Production*” refers to works produced by Envy Creative using “Conversations and Outlines” discussed by us and the Client.
- “Conversations and Outlines” refer to the information provided by the Client with the submission of Assets via email or any other platform available in the past, present, or future.
- “Assets” refer to content provided by the Client that is submitted via email or any other platform or delivery method available in the past, present, or future. The provided content should include Assets to produce a Production. We reserve the right to request that a larger amount of Assets be resubmitted to provide the best possible Production.
- “Website” may include but is not limited to Envy Creative’s website, Envy Creative’s partners’ websites, a client’s website, a 3rd party website, or whatever context the word “website” is being used.
